The Automatic Multi-Effect Distiller from TianSure is engineered for the production of Water for Injection (WFI) in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities. Equipped with a PLC-based automatic control system, the distiller ensures stable operation, reduced manual intervention and validated WFI quality in full compliance with GMP and pharmacopeia standards (USP/EP).

Description

Working Principle

Pre-treated feed water enters the first effect of the distiller, where it is heated by plant steam to generate pure steam. The generated steam condenses to form WFI while transferring heat to the next effect. This multi-effect cascading process significantly improves thermal efficiency. Non-condensable gases and impurities are continuously removed. The entire distillation process is automatically controlled, ensuring consistent production of pyrogen-free WFI.
